$5.00 BOM

Finished! The two blocks are done.

Have you seen these boxes? They are great for 12 1/2" blocks and smaller.
I will keep my blocks in this box as I make them.

Here is the last show and tell from the applique bee. Two more Aunt Millie blocks. This appliquer is using a focus fabric and taking colors from that piece of fabric to create her blocks. Beautiful!
Another lady created this child size apron for her grandchild. Cute!

    Beautiful applique blocks. What method of applique is she using?
    Needleturn, freezer paper?

    More beautiful applique blocks! I really like the idea of using the focus fabric as inspirations for the colors throughout. It looks like she has the beginnings of a gorgeous quilt!

    I also think I need to go get one of those boxes.

    Carrie - Thank-you for the nice compliment you left on my blog about the Red Delicious BOM. Your $5 BOM is coming out nicely and I look forward to seeing the rest of the blocks. Also, I love to see all the different color choices that people come up with for the Aunt Millie blocks!

    Carrie, I love those boxes - I have two of them filled with current WIP's and every time I see one on sale I get another - I hope that doesn't tempt me to have too many WIP's - LOL! I really enjoy seeing the applique blocks - so inspiring!
