Quilt Show


Last weekend my husband and I went to the Asheville area in the mountains of North Carolina. On our way there we stopped in Hickory to see the Catawba Valley Quilters Guild show. Here are just a few of them for your viewing pleasure.





This quilt won Best Applique in the show and it was made by Mary Jo G.

  12. OH MY what beautiful work those ladies have done on the quilts--I love them all--but I think the fourth one down is rather beautiful it really looks like a light is glowing in the center of the quilt--

  15. Great show, Carrie! I love the Asheville area - we visited the Smoky Mountain craft center (I think that's the name) one year - I still carry a handmade wallet I bought there!
