Here is a sneak peek of something I am working on for the Tea Swap that Stephanie is hosting. I bought a charm pack from Nanette after Christmas. It had some really fun stuff in it. The center of this block and the light fabric is from the pack.

i love keepsake quilting's die-cut shapes...i used their diamonds to make a quilt last year...love your teapot fabric!

Aren't you smart to buy the stars already cut. I've never done raw edge applique but it sounds easier than needle turn. Am I right? Something tells me that I'll see this quilt completed in the next few posts!

Does raw edge applique mean no neeedle turn? If so, what stitch do you use to fasten the shapes to the fabric? I like peeking but I can't wait to see the finished project!
