These two quilts were done by another lady (Winnie) who also does my quilts. She has two of mine at this time. As you can see she also won some ribbons.

Check out this fabulous ribbon that Gloria received. Gloria tried to give it to me but she won it for her quilting. I took the little one above it instead. Gloria also won some other ribbons. I am proud of her.
Before I went to the show I got an email from Mary over at Quilt Hollow and asked if I was going to be at the show. I told her yes and she said she had a gift for me that she has been holding onto until she saw me. I met her a couple years ago at another quilt show.
Mary had been to a be antique show and found this box full of all these buttons. She had also bought some spools and put one in the box for me.
She knows how I look for buttons when I go antiquing myself.
Here some really neat metal buttons.
Look at the shape of these plastic buttons. So cute.
And there was a lone glass button in the mix. Thank you Mary so much for thinking of me and bringing me such a fun gift. 
Next I grabbed some fabric. I had read that you should put the fabric in along the length wise grain which I did. I am not sure it matters with making circles.
This is what the mat looked like after the first cut. AccuQuilt recommends rotating the mat to get more wear out of it.
Here are my perfect circles.
Next I layered four charm squares on the biggest circle. The outline really helped in this circumstance so that I could get the charms placed just right.
Here they are. Perfect circles.
I have an extra small, small, and large yo yo makers by Clover. The two circles cut from the GO! fit the two little ones perfectly. Clover makes an extra large maker so it would probably work perfectly for the large circle.
Instead I just trimmed the extra fabric off the large circle. I do like these yo yo makers a lot just because I have problems with turning the fabric over as I am making the running stitch. With the Clover yo yo makers, no worries.
Cute little yo yos. I can say that I am very pleased with the AccuQuilt GO cutter. I think that when it comes to cutting odd shapes this is the way to GO. I have the hexagon mat and the 2 1/2" strip cutter which I look forward to also trying out. Thanks AccuQuilt!

And thank you all for your Congratulations. News travels fast in blogland. Now I am going to read my owners manual. I had to call the company because I was missing a manual but Jane, who was the operator, was very nice and sent me a pdf file of the manual and I just printed one off at home. I am also going to watch the videos at AccuQuilt to see what I might learn. So hopefully next week I will have some things to share with you about the cutter.
My husband used old hand tools to make this table. The top has two slabs put together to make the table that wide. Where the legs come up into the top my husband took little pieces of dark walnut wood to put into the legs. The shelf on the bottom is a piece that my son bought at Lowes Hardware store.
Even though this view of the table looks rough, the top is smooth as glass. My son and DIL are so proud of the table. They just love it. I am pretty proud of my husband because this is the first
Unfortunately this block will go in the UFO pile for a while so that I can work on Christmas gifts. It will be here before we know it. Kaaren says there are 110 days until Christmas. Eeekkk! She has a cute needle case tutorial on her blog that would make a great gift.
I am really looking forward to Autumn after the summer we have had. I bought this little wool kit from Farmhouse Woolens. I don't think you can get this kit anymore but there are some very pretty things on the website.
