Don't you just love all these different yo yos? The ladies in my applique group are making table runners from a book called Simple Seasons by Kim Diehl. I am not making one because when we started my elbow was really bad. This month they will be working on the applique borders. I am sure that next month all the ladies will have those borders done.With Passion,

I love yo-yo's. My sweet mother in love taught me how to make yo-yo's (the old fashioned way :-) before I ever learned how to quilt. They are so fun to do.

I've never considered myself a 'yo-yo person', but these projects just make me want put yo-yo's on everything! Thank you for sharing, and make sure that the ladies in your group know how much I/we adore these glimpses into their creativity!

As I was reading the comments to this post, Carrie. I'm thinking that just a bowl of yo-yos might be pretty as a spring arrangement. THEN - if I decide to use them...there they are.
