BOM

Well, I really don't have a lot to share with you all. I have working on lots of things, one thing I have been doing is getting quilts ready for a show we are having this month. I am entering 5 quilts. I have a sleeve and label to put on the last one and I will be ready to turn my quilts in for the show.

I have decided to join a Stitch and Quilt Along with Clover and Violet called Garden Steps. It is just starting so you can still join in too. I have picked out my fabrics but I am not sure if I have enough of some of them. I might have to change a few after I start cutting. All from my stash, which is a good thing. I didn't do the one they did last year so I decided I would join in this year. Should be fun.

I did finish the Blogger's BOM. I really like this block designed by Amy.

With Passion,
Carrie P.

Love your new block for the BOM.
I also checked out Clover and Violet's blog. I enjoyed reading their Embroidery 101...lost of useful info. Have fun with the new QAL!

I shouldn't have looked! Such a weakness for any log cabin based designs...and throw in a garden theme...what's not to love? I could do this in a heartbeat out of my stash too:o)

Do they make 78 hour days?

Your colors are wonderful!

Your block is so pretty! I still haven't gotten in the sewing room and I surely miss it. I took a peek at Clover and Violet. Looks fun, but I have so much to keep up with right now. Can't wait to see yours!

Oh, I like that BOM, too. I like the way the opposite pieces are the same color. Makes for interesting eye candy.

Love that star block - a fairly simple construction for a great result.
