Looking at all this fabulous wool, can you guess who came to speak to our guild?
If you guessed Cathi from Shakerwood Woolens, you guessed right! You would not believe all the work that goes into hand dying her wools. Let me tell you it is a lot. What is so neat is that she keeps recipe cards of each color she makes.Of course, I had to buy some wool. I am collecting oranges and blacks for a rug that I want to hook in the future.
Are you having fun looking at all the different bowls? I am! Here is today's schedule.

Perhaps a future Halloween project?
I was so inspired by Cathi's program, it was GREAT! My mind has been working overtime ever since Monday night, figuring out how to combine cottons and wool for some back-burner projects! YAY!!
What a gorgeous selection of wool!!! Yummy!!! :-)
I wish my wool was like that and in neat bins, lol.
I have it all over the place and a mess, mostly thrift wools that I have collected, so I do need to reorganize and get some dying done.
