February Finishes

I am really feeling good about the UFOs I have finished this month. This setting of goals and being accountable to you, my fellow bloggers, has really kept me focused. I finished Mr. P's quilt in time for his birthday which is today, the table runner, the punchneedle bird, a crochet cowl and pillow for my daughter-in-law's birthday.
Lori of Bee in My Bonnet also added two more rows to the the row along quilt this month which I was able to make. I just love those basket blocks.
I finished the "D" of the monogram Mondays from Jenny of Elefantz.
I crocheted my first dishcloth. I love the cotton variegated yarn. This was not on my UFO list.
I got a little more hand quilting done. I will admit that doing it is pretty boring to me. I think I am going to set a goal of so many blocks a day next month. Maybe I will get it done sooner!
Today is the last day to link up your finished UFOs here. Tomorrow I will announce the winner of the giveaway and show you what I will be working on in March.

With Passion,
Carrie P.

Carrie, congrats on so many finishes. I am finding that making a list of what I want to get done has really helped. Hugs.

Wow that's great progress. Seems like I started a punch needle project way back, I need to dig that out and get done for Easter!

I like those basket blocks too. I have not been saving the patterns. Maybe I should have.

Wonderful finishes, Carrie! Your dishcloth almost looks like it has a "camo" pattern!

Lots of accomplishments for the month! I can't believe its the last day - I haven't finished anything (well, I started and finished a couple things I committed to, but nothing from my UFO list). (Maybe next month, but probably not as I'll be traveling most of the month!). (April, then! - yikes, time flies!). Happy birthday lucky Mr. P - and many more!

I meant to comment on this the other day, but got distracted! I wanted to congratulate you on your crocheted dish cloth. I am so impressed with how straight the outside edges are!! The baby hats I learned how to crochet start out as a rectangle......but by the time I finish, it looks more like a tumbling block no matter how hard I try!! Well done!
