Look what I did! While my grandson took a nap I was able to sew those pieces together you saw in the previous post. I really like this block. I was able to get another block cut out too.

Great block, Carrie. Perfect color placement and so crisp looking. Your roasted veggies look scrumptious. I don't exactly cook, so roasting vegetables is new for me. I'm trying to be a little better in the kitchen this summer, try new things. It's almost fun.
Looking after your grandson is an achievement that will outlast all the others anyway. Fun to find some time to stitch too though :0) Such a pretty block!
