is all good.
Check out this little sewing book made by Ellen F. Inside it stores your floss and tools for embroidery projects. Cute.
She is also caught up on her Tisket, A Tasket blocks. Notice all the different backgrounds fabrics. Hers are turning out so cute.
Two more Aunt Millie's Garden blocks done by Patti. I am so jealous because she has nine finished. You go girl!
I have show and tell too. I just had to do something. So I will stitch about 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the evening and I finally finished my basket block.
Therapy went okay. I wanted quick healing but it did not happen. I go back next Wednesday. So I am doing some stretches at home and trying not to work to long at one time to stress the elbow more. I know it will happen. I just need to be patient. Thanks again for your encouraging words.

You poor thing. I can't imagine being in so much pain that you can't sew. I hope you heal quickly.
Your basket block is adorable.
I have trouble with pinched nerves in each elbow and each hand, so I can empathise with you! It never fails that when I want to do the most stitching is when my "difficulties" act up! It's so frustrating! Your block is beautiful! Try not to push yourself to hard too soon! Good luck with your therapy!
I'm sorry the quick healing thing didn't happen - I was hoping for you that it would. I really like your basket block - its so pretty.
I love your Tisket block. Every time I see an Aunt Millie's block my fingers just itch to get started. You have such a positive attitude over the therapy eventually working that I know you will do as the PT person says.

Sorry to hear the pain isn't going away quickly. Hopefully the therapy will be relief soon. Your basket block is beautiful--I am having a hard time choosing basket prints so I haven't completed this month's yet. Take care and in time you'll be back to stitching more and more.
It is always fun to see what you & your applique friends are working on. Those Aunt Millie blocks are a real treat to view.
Hope you get your elbow back into the "go to work" mode.
I can 'feel' your frustration, Carrie. I know it's hard but try to have patience.
Your T-A-T block is beautiful. I've fallen a month behind because I've been devoting my time to making swap gifts and I'm having so much fun trying to come up with new and different things. I plan to catch up as soon as I'm done.
Take care and have a super weekend.
Love your Tisket a Tasket block...and all of the other lovely projects. Keep healing!
Your tisket tasket block is adorable, Carrie - good that you can at least spend a small about of time each day. And the other ladies projects are so wonderful!
Cheers!
Love your little basket block. Lots of pretties from you quilting friends. Cute sewing book. Have a wonderful weekdend and speeding healing on your elbow.
lovely blocks
Beauties! Love your basket blocks. You'll be back in good stitching form real soon. Just keep resting your arm and doing your stretching exercices and before you know it - poof, all better!
I love your basket.
Maybe today will be the day I get out the light box and trace...lol.
Oh you poor girl!! I hope you heal quickly! Might be a good time to read all the books we all want to read but sew instead!Happy Weekend!
Carrie, your basket block is BEAUTIFUL!! You have such an eye for the 'right' fabrics!!
I agree about the Aunt Millie's Garden blocks - so lovely.
May the Lord bless your arm with healing.

Your May block is sweet. May is almost over and I have yet to select the fabric for my block. :(
Fun show, I love the charming prints you are using in your Tasket Basket!
Love your sweet basket block. Everything else too! Therapy takes time but it's worth it. You will be feeling better each week!
Sweet work Carrie. Of course everything you do is perfect in every way and every detail.
Beautiful! All of it! :) I love the idea of the little sewing book... very cool. And the blocks are all stunning-- particularly those Aunt Millie and your basket block.
Therapy can take time. Just try and keep positive and looking forward and the healing will happen. And don't overdo it! :)
