Applique Class

I just wanted to share some photos from my last applique class which was this past Saturday. We met for the last time. Now it is up to them to finish the last block and put the quilt together. I have created two more applique addicts. They love doing the hand work and it shows on these blocks.

The blocks are from the book The New Applique Sampler.

I pray you will all be safe in the path hurricane Irene. I am in the Piedmont so we will get some 40mph winds and maybe some rain according to our weatherman.

With Passion,
Carrie P.

The blocks are stunning!
We actually had hoped to get some rain from it, but doesn't look like we'll get it. Hope it doesn't cause much damage to the folks on the coast.

The blocks look wonderful! We sure could use some of the rain, just not the damage that can go with it.

You are obviously an excellent teacher by judging the beautiful work your students are creating. It's always fun to know that you have "enabled" some new hand workers :0)
