I love this block. We drink iced tea year-round here. Currently, my favorite summer drink is a detox water recipe that my daughter found. We just fill a large pitcher with water and all kinds of fruit like watermelon, cucumber and lemon then throw in a bunch of fresh mint. It sits in the fridge about 24 hours before we drink it. Very refreshing.
Great block, Carrie! This is definitely going to be an amazing quilt. :) I think my favorite summer drink is a double-tall, non-fat, caramel macchiato, stirred. But generally, I still prefer hot coffee, even in summer-- I like slow sipping. With iced beverages, I tend to glug. :P

I don't like paper piecing but that is ADORABLE!!!!
