Machine Applique

Sunday I continued stitching down the fusible die cut applique pieces of my Bertie's Year BOM. Some is hand stitched but I decided to use my sewing machine on some parts. I tried straight stitches.
 Zig Zag.
 Buttonhole.
 and more zig zag.
Now on to more hand stitching.

With Passion,
Carrie P.

Your stitching looks really good! Which do you prefer with wool, hand stitching or machine stitching?

Your posts have convinced me that I need to start a wool project. There's a store in Maine with some great prices that I must stop in on my way south this fall to stock up. Your work is beautiful. I like seeing the different ways to stitch the appliqued pieces.
