Interruption

I interrupt the "Last Hoorah" with some chain piecing!
Yesterday I just had to sit at the sewing machine for a while and do some sewing. Do you ever feel that you just have to sew? I worked on my signature blocks for Melissa's swap. I also worked on some of the wedding quilt for my son. All the those triangles that are being cut off the signature blocks are being sewn too.

With Passion,
Carrie P.

No waste in your sewing room! And yes, I often feel the NEED to sew.

Sewing and need go hand in hand in my life. Makes for a good life doesn't it.

I always feel like I just have to sew...if I go more than a day or two...I'm really cranky about it!

Carrie how funny. I too had that desire to stitch and sewed up until 10pm.

Oh Yes--I only feel the day is really a good day if I have been able to stitch on something for a while--even if it is only for 15 minutes--and this week I have even gotten to do alot of sewing on the machine work done--Siggy blocks looking good--I have not started mine yet--there will be more time next month????? Hugs, just, Di

Know what you mean. It's hard for me to go a day without doing something crafty! Even if it's just knitting 1 row or piecing 2 seams!

Sometimes, chain stitching is just what my brain needs. Quick, productive, and relatively mindless. You're making me want to sit at my machine! :)
