UFO giveaway

Have you picked out some UFOs to work on this year? Yesterday I was visiting those bloggers who linked up to my post. I see some of them are also hand quilting on some UFOs.

Nancy-Rose shared some awesome Smart UFO quilting goals on her blog. Great tips. Check them out. They might help you to figure out how to get some of those UFOs sewn up this year.

I would like to introduce a new blogger. Go by her blog, Holli of NautiStitcher when you get done here and say hi. She sews on a boat.

Now for the giveaway. Here is what you what you have a chance of winning if you finish one UFO that you had listed on your post for the month of January. I will send the winner of this giveaway the book called Spring Mill Days. In the photo below you can see the cover quilt. The back of the book also shows the patterns in the book.
I will also send you one yard of this Moda fabric. It has been washed.
You can read more about the UFO challenge here and see my UFOs that I will be working on here. You have until Jan. 4 to link up here.

I did work on hand quilting my daughter's quilt and I finished the little Aurifil BOM embroidery. I will share that finish tomorrow.

Keep working on those UFOs.

With Passion,
Carrie P.

Hi Carrie - thank you for the introduction! I forgot to link up my post from yesterday - as with UFO's, saying I'm doing it and ACTUALLY doing it are two different things! I'm linked up now. And I'm in for the challenge! Thanks!

I'm looking forward to beginning work on my ufo today. A rainy, cold miserable day, perfect for a little sewing.

Thanks for the giveaway. I'm still working on last years UFO's as I did several BOM and my small sewing group is doing a pin cushion and small wall quilt exchange all due this month. I'll keep working away....and watching your blog to see what you are getting finished.
Happy New Year

Oh, I didn't realize a give-away was involved!! The challenge is such a good idea, helping to keep the UFOs organized and maybe even finished! Thanks, Carrie!

I have quite a few UFO's and had planned on using this year to finish them up (hopefully!). I seriously doubt I could finish three in a month, but I will be happy to put your button on my blog and mention it in a post. :)
